Cardio Kick w/Deborah
This total boby workout with continuous movement to great music is a combination of basic kickboxing moves such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts along with front kicks, knee strikes, bobbing and weaving. Jumping rope, jacks and plyometric moves are often included. Cardio Kick will keep the heart rate up for a fun workout.
