Circuit Training w/Leah
A fun, dynamic circuit workout that incorporates whole body endurance, strength, power, balance, core conditioning and cardio intervals. Using free weights, medicine balls, BOSU balls, steps, and resistance bands we will target and tone major muscle groups.
