68th Annual Hofstra Shakespeare Festival: This Bud of Love and Special Performance with The Collegium Musicum

For the Spring of 2017, we are proud to announce a very special all-Shakespeare semester in celebration of the opening of the new Hofstra Globe Stage! This one-hour Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare will also feature a special performance with The Collegium Musicum.

This Bud of Love is adapted by Maureen McFeely and directed by Jean Dobie Giebel. This timeless story of star-crossed lovers, whose tragic end reconciles an age-old feud, is an excellent introduction to Shakespeare, suitable for young audiences.
