The International Scene Lectures presents the fourth in series of four lectures on Foreign Policy Challenges in Obama’s Second Term. On April 17, 2013, speaker Bernard Alter will discuss The U.S. and Pakistan: Friends or Foes?  Bernard Alter is a Career Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.
